PlanMyDivorce is a completely free collection of browser-based tools designed to help people organize information before or during separation.
What we're building
The focus is preparation: understanding an estimated household budget, organizing assets and debts, making manageable checklists, and finding legal directory resources. Every planning tool is free and requires no registration. These tools aren't a divorce-filing service and cannot assess your legal situation.
Where we start
The general planning tools are available to English-speaking visitors worldwide. The guided planner includes official starting points for Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland, with a general mode for other countries. Divorce law differs between countries and even between states, provinces and UK legal systems; the tools do not predict rights, deadlines, legal fees or settlements.
What we don't do
We don't represent people, prepare court documents, recommend particular legal outcomes, store your private financial entries or replace legal advice. If you have questions about legal rights, safety, court deadlines or financial obligations, use official resources and consult a qualified professional.
